Payment Procedure
Advance payment of 25% of the tour
price must be made on acceptance of the quotation and
confirmation. The remaining amount must be settled 2
weeks prior to the arrival of the clients by bank
remittance to Myanmar Investment and Commercial Bank (M.I.C.B).

Cancellation
In case of cancellation fees will be
charged as follows: The amount of cancellation fees
depends on the day of receipt of the written
cancellation.
45 days prior to arrival: Nil
15 to 30 days prior to arrival: 10%
of tour price
7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 20% of
tour price
1 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of
tour price
No show: 100% of tour price
Complimentary
Every 16th member of a group will be
given complimentary subject to a maximum limit of two
members.
Refund
After commencement of travel, no
refund in full or in part will be given for services
included in the tour programs.
Airport Tax
Any passengers departing Myanmar on
International flights must pay a departure tax of US$ 10
per person.
Insurance
We recommend all clients to obtain
the necessary personal baggage, medical and accident
insurance before arrival.
Warranty
Myanmar Damsel Travels and Tours is
not liable for any injury, accidents, loss or damage the
travelers suffers during in connection with the journey,
nor for itinerary modifications due to circumstances
beyond Myanmar Damsel’ control. . However, Myanmar
Damsel Travels and Tours will always make full endeavors
to adhere to the original tour programmes and
arrangements.
